I also told him that I called other mechanics and what they told me. He said, they were closed for a week n March. I explained to him that I called when it first happened but no one answered. I finally spoke with someone at JDM, and he said that the warranty had expired. I then contacted 2 other mechanics and explained the issue, they both told me that the part that fell off the engine should not have come off and to contact whoever put the engine in. I tried to contact them again in May, but no one answered. I assumed they were closed because of the COVID, like everyone else. I called them twice but didn't get answer. A pulley broke off of the engine in March 2020. They didn't offer to check it out to see if anything was wrong. My son called them and they assured him the engine was fine. The engine I received broke within my warranty time but they won't honor it. I have read other complaints about this but cannot contact eBay about the issue. I believe he is using eBay commerce to scam people out of money and sending them defective used engine parts on purpose and then stringing people past the warranty date and making them pay more money. This is completely unethical and apparently, I am not the only business or person he has done this to. I have called multiple times, I have sent messages and he refuse to send me another transmission or refund me any money unless I send him the defective transmission back, but he wants me to pay him to ship another. Time passes over the 2 weeks after we talked & past the 30 days on eBay for refund and he wants me to pay to ship it back, after he admitted to me it was their fault.
He tells me after I went through multiple tests that he thinks they shipped me a bad one on accident and that he would send another one out right away. Went through all the testing to check and verify and ended up calling business and talking to owner John.

Was shipped this transmission and delivered on 9/12/22 - installed it in my customers vehicle and has never worked (finished install 10/5/22). Bought a used transmission from this company on 9/2/22 off of eBay for $1199.00 with a supposed mileage of 65k.
